Easy to replace
This is the best company!!! I have the pens in my boutique daycare and boarding for small dogs, they ae so quick to ship and help out. The pens are great quality and hold up well!!!!!
It fit the the dogs home, hopefully she won't be able to break it again.
So glad when things break that there are replacement parts. These held up good for years but things eventually wear out.
I needed a new swing arm assembly after the original one broke. Tech support was super responsive and ordering was a breeze. The new swing arm is of the same good quality as the original and I can hardly tell the difference.

The swinging door assembly on my bunny's pen was broken when forced by someone who did not know how to operate it. I called and was able to get a replacement very quickly. At the time they did not have the part in stock to match my existing pen, but they sent a temporary one and then the matching part when more were in stock at no charge. Customer service was great to work with and my bunny loves his palatial Clearly Loved pen!
I’m glad this piece was a sold separately. My son forced it outwards in the wrong direction to open. It’s very very sturdy.
Grandson broke the bar was able to get a new very quickly so thankful
