Shipping policy
Lucidium Pens, Lucidium Universal Kits, Lucidium parts, and Cat Caves:
- Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days after receipt of the order. *
- Once shipped, transit time can vary from 1-6 business days.
- We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. We often ship within 24 hours and typical transit times are 2-3 business days.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping.
- Some items ship from different locations and may arrive separately.
- Free shipping is available to Alaska and Hawaii for certain items, however delivery times may be as long as 3 weeks.
- We do NOT ship to Puerto Rico or other US territories.
We ship internationally to many countries, but not for free. During checkout you will see the total cost including shipping, duties, and taxes. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. Not all products are available for international shipping.
International customers are responsible for all return costs and arrangements including shipping, duties, and taxes. Original shipping, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
*Vinyl mats are made to order and typically ship in one week, however they may take up to 12 days for production during busy times.
Accessory Items (Beds, Feeders, Leashes, etc.):
Accessory items are only available in the contiguous US (lower 48). Shipping times for some accessory products may be 2-3 days longer.
