We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase from Clearly Loved Pets. However, if you wish to return an item, we will try and make the process as smooth as possible.
Our Return Policy is as follows:

Orders can be returned for up to 30 days after the date of delivery. We do not accept returns for used products. All returns are inspected, and refunds will not be provided on used items. After 30 days, we do not accept returns. We reserve the right to determine if an item has been used or has been washed.
- Pens must be unassembled (acrylic protective film still in place, packaged exactly as you received it), unused, and in the original packaging.
- Items must be NEW and CLEAN. That means no pet hair and not chewed.
- Any product tags must still be attached.
- We do not accept returns for pet toys unless returned in the original packaging and unopened.
- We will provide a free return shipping label for US returns. (If you ship an item back with your own shipping label, we will not refund that cost. Please use the label we provide.)
- International customers are responsible for all return costs and arrangements including shipping, duties, and taxes. Original shipping, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- If you purchased a product from our website, we will need your order number. If you cannot provide this, let us know the email and/or last name used for the order and we can look it up.
- Your refund will be issued in the same manner that payment was received.
- Please allow 3-5 days for refunds to be processed.

Note that we have a strict return policy because pet products can not be resold if used. Unlike many online pet product stores, we provide free shipping for most of our products AND free return shipping. We also do NOT charge restocking fees as standard practice, though they may be charged if we received a return that does not comply with our policy. Understand that some of our larger items are expensive to ship. We bear the cost of shipping both ways. Please do not request a return for a used item.
Order Production, Returns, and Cancellation for Vinyl Mats
Please note that our vinyl mats are made to order. Production typically takes about one week before they ship, then transit time is 2-5 days depending on location. We do not offer expedited shipping. Depending on order volume, production may take longer - up to 12 days during busy times.
Mat orders are transferred to production shortly after the order has been placed. If you need to cancel for any reason, you have 48 hours from your initial order to notify us of your cancellation. After 48 hours, cancelled orders are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund. If extraordinary circumstances cause our production to be delayed beyond 15 days, then you may cancel your order at no cost.
Vinyl mats may be returned if unopened (sealed sleeve around mat is unbroken), but will incur a $25 restocking fee.
