Instructions on how to remove the film should come with the packaging. The film is more cohesive to the panels than they were previously. I thought I had frosted panels for a moment lol

We love this classy looking space for our puppies playtime! We are breeders and love to have our puppies in lots of different environments for their playtime. This creates a fun space for the puppies to watch us, And yet it keeps them in an area while we clean their bedrooms

Thank you so much for your amazing customer service! This pen is super easy to clean, overall easy to put together, and I like that you can do add on walls. Two panels broke instantly in the bottom corner during installation and with some photos sent by us and description, they never hesitated to replace these two items at no cost which makes the product even more worth every penny as well! We can’t control production or how customers put this together but we can control how the response is to having a solution. I would highly Recommend this company for all your animal needs!!
We love our pen so much. It made my Corgi happier to be able to see me even if she needed to be penned after her spay surgery. You guys are great for sending me a replacement panel after my original one was cracked in the box. Thanks!

Clearly Loved Pets and their Lucidium enclosures are INCREDIBLE!!! My bunnies and I love it so much that we call it their “Kingdom.” The Kingdom has turned into a home base...I can’t remember the last time I locked it! They just go in and hang out. That will change soon because I have two new babies to introduce to the “Kingdom.” Unfortunately, my very first bunny (that I originally purchased the Kingdom for) passed away unexpectedly at only 2.5 years. One of the things that I loved beyond description was how, when it was “Cookie....Cooooookie!!!”-time, he would get really, really excited and run to a particular spot inside. While I was getting his cookie, he would start pawing at the side of the plexiglass. It was the most adorable thing ever! He was a little lop and his ears would flop up and down and you’d get to see his darling tummy! Yes, it scratched up the plexiglass, but I didn’t care. Now that he has left me, I wanted to take that section out and replace it with a new piece so I can turn Fur’ocious’ handiwork into artwork somehow. I am SO thankful that I was able to get spare parts! It was very, VERY meaningful to me to be able to replace that precious piece. I highly recommend this company and their enclosures!
