We ordered a replacement door assembly after a freak accident where our original one got cracked/broken. (We’ve had our pen for over 5yrs and it is like new!! These things don’t wear easily!) I was a little nervous that the new door wouldn’t fit properly or could look like it didn’t match, but that was not the case. The replacement door arrived super quickly and was very easy to install. We love these products; it was such a great investment for our dog!!
Excellent service and fast shipping
My gate piece was broken during storage. Not sure how as it’s very sturdy. Ordered a new one and it was here in 3 days. Perfect fit. Thanks!
Needed a replacement door and Clearly Loved Pets had just the part available for purchase! Got exactly what we needed! Thank you for making things simple when it comes to our pets and for creating such a beautiful product.
We’ve been meaning to leave a review on this! We couldn’t be happier with our replacement door panel and hardware! Our order arrived within just a few days, in mint condition, packaged nicely and thoughtfully with protective packaging. Once unpacked, the door was incredibly easy to install and even gave our playpen an even smoother feel when opening and closing. Thanks so much, CLP! :) Love, Wiggly World!
Pups love, love, love their Clearly Space. They hang out in it even when they are free to roam. They are very comfortable in it and they obviously feel safe in their own space. This was a replacement for a door where the locks were not working proper. This came superfast, took less than 5 minutes to swap out. Now the little guys are tucked in at night and when I am away and I want to know they safe!
The girls love it!! Customer service are wonderful! One of the knobs on the door was stripped, sent me a new door right away!! I will definitely purchase with them again!! Thank you, Linda Smith
