This my second one from you. I think I bought the first one in 2022. The first one is still in perfect shape, but I am having two litters at the same time in October. I LOVE the improvement you made in the square hole and panel screw set so that it doesn't turn when you're trying to tighten it. BRILLIANT. It is the safest whelping/puppy enclosure I've found. Sturdy enough to withstand jumping puppies, but with no space for them to get heads or feet caught and potentially injured. Thank you!!

Instructions on how to remove the film should come with the packaging. The film is more cohesive to the panels than they were previously. I thought I had frosted panels for a moment lol

I purchased these bowls for my Shih Tzu, and it has been great! The angled bowl works perfectly when filled with water too. Cleaning these bowls is much easier and far more hygienic. My Shih Tzu previously used ceramic bowls, and my other dog uses stainless steel, but glass is vastly superior and much easier to clean. I'll have to buy these for my other dog as well.

Beautiful and functional. I bought this pen in January 2022 for my bunny, and it’s so perfect. It’s lucite, so it looks so stylish and blends right into the space. It’s held up beautifully over the years and was exactly what I needed for my bunny. Highly recommend if you want something functional that actually looks nice in your home! Customer service is also amazing. A few years after purchasing it I had to move and emailed to ask for advice so it wouldn’t be damaged in the process. They promptly returned my email with helpful advice.
Nothing more to share. It was a direct swap out for one that had a crack at the closing knob.

Perfect addition
This is a very nice item for rabbits.They can see out through the sides and it is easy to clean by entering through the door.Bunny has room to play run and jump.It is a nice place for them to stay when you don't totally free roam your bunny but makes it easy for them to get out when you want to.I got the 36" 4x6 foot to allow for not jumping over the side.Husband put it together within about 45 minutes .Pretty easy with instructions and tool provided.

Easy to assemble by myself! Seems extremely sturdy and fits our space perfectly. I’m super happy that I can use it for our puppy and add on to make it larger as he grows!
Worth every penny!! And my bunny thinks so too!! It was extremely easy to set up and moving it once it’s set up is a breeze too. It holds all my rabbit’s stuff and I no longer feel bad about leaving my furry friend because he has everything he needs right at his paws. I would make this purchase over and over!

I’ve purchased several cages and I love it and so does my bunnies. A door that’s on the right would be amazing. The doors you sell only can be on the left, it’s a small thing but would change the game for my setup.
