• Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days after receipt of the order. 
• Once shipped, transit time can vary from 1-5 business days. 
• We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. We often ship within 24 hours and typical transit times are 2-3 business days.
• Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping. 
• Certain remote areas may incur additional surcharges for shipping. If your order triggers these charges we will contact you before shipping.
• For orders with multiple pens and/or kits please contact us to see if we can get a better shipping rate for you than what shows during checkout. This may be possible for certain regions, but not all.
